Small Plate for small belly

Use a smaller plate
In my house I have a collection of more than one set of dishes and usually they all vary in size and the table usually doesn't look perfect. So I set the table with my 10 year old and I having the smaller plate. It holds a lot less food, but gives the appearance of normal servings. By using a smaller plate, you will naturally eat less food.

Another good tip:

I drink a bottle of water before you eat - Carry a bottle around with you all day. If this isn't a habit you have acquired, fill a bottle about an hour before dinner and sip away. You will eat less because you feel full. It's that simple.

Negative Friends

Surround yourself with winners

One of the key qualities of successful people is that they avoid negative individuals. Instead, they choose to spend the majority of their time surrounded by those who have already achieved what they seek to achieve. When I'm feeling yucky or a little down I tend to call my best friend or any of my friends that have the same interests as me, and STAY CLEAR of the Debbie downers. So if your goal is to weigh 135 pounds through healthy eating and active living, then seek out others who already live a healthy lifestyle and have achieved their weight loss goals. Hanging out with people who just talk about getting in shape, but who never take persistent action, will increase your chances of never reaching your goal.

Sugar booger...

3 Reasons You Should Stop Eating Sugar Now

Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years
aren't you glad its over for awhile? You’ll
probably dipped into the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups when no one is looking. But there’s good reason to show restraint. While natural sweeteners like honey and fruit can go a long way to fend off a sweet tooth, we all need to work toward nixing refined and processed sugars, like you’ll find in candy corn, packaged baked goods and ice cream.

Sugar ages your skin. Ewwwwwwwwwwww! In your body, the sweet stuff binds to proteins in the cells and in collagen in your skin. These acts prompt the growth of free radicals and inflammation, which makes it harder for your cells to operate and renew, leaving you with aged skin.

• It not only causes cavities, but it can wreak havoc on your dental work, too. Hard or sticky foods such as mints and candies, can actually damage your veneers, crowns or bonding. So just say no to the Laffy Taffy and Dum Dum Pops.

You will get fatfaster than you would eating fatty foods. And you can blame much of that on your sugary drinks, according to recent research by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

If you want some sugar in your life, stay away from the kids junk food that you buy them. As a matter of fact stop buying them the junk Kids cant eat bad if you don't buy it for them. Try using real sugar topically with a great sugar-based scrub like Brown Sugar Body Scrub. You will hydrate your skin, exfoliate naturally and not gain an ounce...HA!
