Hard Mondays....uuughhh & Guacamole Chicken Wraps

Seriously this has been the hardest day yet to train...I didn't beat my time running the stairs, and I had to take several breaks... uuughhhh!!!!  I hope I do better tomorrow. Do you have days like this? I do like to look at the positive though, and tell myself at least I got out there by myself and finished a 50 minute workout without quitting. Hey if you don't pat yourself on the back who is gonna? That is my challenge for you this week, to find something positive when something isn't going your way. I know you can dig and find a few great things that God has blessed you with. It might be a couple of weeks before I blog again...my computer needs help...Thanks for listening. Many Blessings.
Guacamole Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
·         2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
·         1/4 teaspoon salt
·         1 ripe peeled avocado
·         1/2 cup chopped seeded plum tomato
·         4 green leaf lettuce leaves
·         4 (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
Preparation
·         Place first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; mash with a fork until smooth. Stir in tomato.
·         Place 1 lettuce leaf on each tortilla; spread about 1/4 cup avocado mixture on each lettuce leaf. Top each serving with 1/2 cup Grilled Lemon-Herb Chicken. Roll up. Wrap in foil or parchment paper; chill.
